How to Order?

1. Please Contact me FIRST by my email- animexdolls@gmail.com

2. Please tell me your mailing country first. I should kindly warn you that some dolls can not ship to some countries due to the local laws and policies. Ask me about it and I’ll inform you what I know

3. Please Tell me the customization of your doll. EX: eye color, lip color, hair color for the model of the doll you want. Let me know if you want to create an Original Waifu, this option is full customization of the face from scratch so it is going to cost a little more.

4. After confirming your purchase, I’ll send you a copy of your invoice. You can pay the invoice with Bank transfer, PayPal, or Venmo

5. The doll creating process is usually 15-25 days, depends on the schedule of the factory. After the doll is created, we will send you factory photos of the doll for you to check on her.

6. After confirming the doll factory photo, we will ship the doll directly to your mailing address. We offer FREE inspection service at my store. If you request an inspection service, you will only need to pay the shipping from my shop to your house, which usually cost around an extra $100.

7. The shipping agent will give us a tracking number for you to track your doll package during the shipping process after the doll is shipped out from the factory.

8. Once the doll arrived, please check if she is still in good condition after the shipping. I will be happy to know from you everything is great. In case of defects, please contact me immediately with photos or videos of the defects. I will offer you satisfying solutions to compensate you.
